Diffuser Blend of the Week
Updated: Jul 2, 2021

Hello friends. Each week I would like to share one of my favorite diffuser blends. I have been using Young Living Essential oils for about two years now. I’ve built up quite a collection of oils that I love. I keep them in cardboard photo boxes, and when I open the lid, you can’t imagine the wonderful aroma that you get.
Not only does Lemonade in the Garden diffuser blend smell like summer, but if I’m having a stressful day, this is one of my go-to blends. Both Stress Away and Bergamot have uplifting and calming properties. Then with the addition of Lemon, you can’t help but smile.
Suppose you are interested in trying out Young Living Essential Oils. In that case, they have a great Premium Starter Kit that is a fantastic value.

Let’s take a closer look at each of the oils that make up this diffuser blend.
Stress Away is a blend of Balsam copaiba, Lime, Vanilla, Ocotea, and Lavender oil. It has a beautiful, sweet, citrus, tropical aroma, so you can diffuse this one on its own. Besides diffusing this oil on its own or combined with other essential oils, you can apply it to your wrists while at work to enjoy this blend’s soothing, fresh scent. Or, on the way home from work you can, add a few drops to a cotton ball and place it in the vent of your car to create a calming environment during a long drive or rush-hour traffic. This essential oil is part of the Premium Starter Kit.
Bergamot is an essential oil that has an uplifting and calming aroma. This is one I like to diffuse if I’m feeling a little anxious. I also use a couple of drops of Bergamot in my nighttime moisturizer when I want to reduce the appearance of an occasional blemish.
Lemon is made by cold pressing the rind of the lemon. This is another oil that you can make part of your nighttime beauty routine by mixing 1–2 drops with your favorite nighttime moisturizer. It will reduce the appearance of aging for a youthful complexion. You get Lemon Vitality oil in your Premium Start Kit. Vitality oils are dietary oils, which means you can cook with them or add to foods and beverages. You can add a few drops of Lemon Vitality to a tall glass of cold water for a fresh, antioxidant-infused drink to start your day.
