Diffuser Blend of the Week
Updated: Jul 2, 2021

Hello friends. I’ve been burning the candles at both ends these days. I work during the day, then it’s onto my website in the evenings and weekends. Some mornings my cup of tea just doesn’t do the trick. When that happens, I reach for a diffuser blend that combines citrus and some type of mint. This combination is a great pick-me-up. This blend combines lime and spearmint and two other essential oils that give this a delightfully fresh scent.
Let’s take a closer look at each of the oils that make up this diffuser blend.
Lime essential oil uplifts the senses with its lively, refreshing, citrus aroma. When taken internally, it contains antioxidants and may provide general wellness support.
Purification essential oil blend combines Citronella, Lavender, Lemongrass, Myrtle, Rosemary, and Tea Tree. Purification has a clean, refreshing scent. When diffused, this blend works to eliminate unwanted odors and keep your space smelling pure and fresh. You can add a few drops to dryer sheets to give your laundry a bright-smelling boost. You can also place a few drops of Purification on cotton balls and stash them anywhere that can use additional freshness: air vents, drawers, shoes, garbage cans, etc.
Spearmint essential oil provides aromatic comfort during times of occasional uneasiness when diffused or applied topically. When taken internally, it may provide digestive and general wellness support.
Lemongrass has a citrus-herb scent that can be diffused to help purify the air from musky odors or applied topically for skin-cleansing benefits. Add Lemongrass to your nightly face regimen for its skin-cleansing benefits. You can also bring an uplifting note to a yoga or meditation session by filling your workout room with a crisp, grassy aroma.
